1. Steve Nash: He's such a nice and friendly person. Amazing philanthropist and a fountain of wisdom when it comes to politics

2. D-Wade: No controversy whatsoever. He's such a sweet and pure person, and is so patient with Shaq's silly games. Maybe a little too naive though

3. Kobe: He is too educated and doesn't know how to trash talk. He has never fought before either. True, Kobe has had an extremely embarrassing scandal, but that doesn't give him street cred. The rape allegations were very likely false. Truth is, he is no more a criminal than Steve Nash. He has tried unsuccessfully to rap as well.

4. LeBron: No aggression whatsoever. He is way to mild and softspoken. How can he be a gangster if he doesn't even have the killer instinct?

Isnt street cred what got Vick in trouble. I don't care which athlete is the most violent, had the roughest background, used to sell drugs, spent time in prison, etc. None of these are admirable things.

Allen Iverson has the most street cred; Rafer Alston has a ton of street cred out in the West. Since Shawn Bradley and Greg Ostertag aren't in the league anymore, I would say Mark Madsen and Chris Mihm have the least street cred.
